Before service
They only see the times you’re open and the seats still available.

During service
Bookings, floor plan, joined tables, walk-ins: it’s all there. Two servers work on two tablets at the same time, and each sees the other’s changes. Bientenu can also place bookings on tables for you.

7 pm
Guests on the waiting list are notified by e-mail, automatically if you want, and can take the spot.
8:30 pm
You keep seating guests and noting phone bookings. When the connection is back, everything updates.
Card guarantee
Guests put a card on file when they book; nothing is charged. If they don’t show up or cancel too late, they pay the fee you set. Prefer a deposit? That works too.
